Department of Health: Healthcare Industries Task Force This section deals wit R&D and innovation in health industries. Not the IPR-driven model being used by the NHS innovation forum - oh dear.
SNF AS This is a group in Norway who undertake quite a few services-relevant studies: most seem to be on e-services, but this example considers hotels, and finds only a weak link between their market otientation and their productivity.
