CEN is the European Committee on Standardisation. It is now working on standardisation relevant to services and is launching an ongoing enquiry to identify the priority areas for potential European standardisation in the service sector; and to prompt interest and proposals on European service standardisation and future projects.

Indicative target groups:

National Standards Bodies (NSBs)
European Federations and Associations
EC, EFTA, National Authorities
Service Providers
Service Users
Consumer Interest Groups
